Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions
We have deliberately avoided legal jargon. This document tells you exactly what you are signing up for, what you will pay, what you will receive, and what happens if something goes wrong. If anything is unclear, email us at and we will explain it.
1. What you are signing up for
Easfit is a home fitness app currently in development. It does not yet exist as a downloadable product. When you sign up as a founding member, you are pre-purchasing a subscription to an app that will be available in late 2026. You are not buying a finished product. You are investing in a product that is being built, in exchange for a significant lifetime discount and other founding member benefits.
2. What you will pay
As a founding member, you will be charged $4.99 per month starting from the date you sign up. This charge will recur every month until the app launches. The regular price of Easfit Premium after launch will be $9.99 per month. As a founding member, your rate is locked at $4.99 per month for as long as you remain a subscriber. This discount never expires and never changes, as long as you do not cancel.
3. Your free months at launch
This is the most important section. Please read it carefully. Every month you pay before the app launches is credited back to you as free app time at launch.
- You start paying $4.99 per month today.
- The app launches in late 2026. Let us say that is 6 months from now.
- You will have paid 6 months x $4.99 = $29.94 before the app exists.
- At launch, your account is credited with 6 free months of Easfit Premium.
- You pay nothing for your first 6 months of using the app.
- After those 6 free months, your $4.99 per month subscription resumes automatically.
- You keep the $4.99 founding rate for life.
In short: every dollar you pay before launch comes back to you as free app time. You are not losing money. You are pre-paying for something you will receive in full.
4. What happens if the launch is delayed
- You continue to be charged $4.99 per month for every additional month of delay.
- Every additional month you pay is added to your free months credit at launch.
- We will email you with an honest update any time the expected launch date changes.
- You can cancel at any time during a delay and receive a full refund of everything you have paid. No questions asked.
We will never go silent on you. If something changes, you will hear from Jonathan directly.
5. What happens if Easfit does not launch
Full refund guaranteed. If Easfit does not launch for any reason, you will receive a full refund of every single payment you have made. This is an unconditional guarantee. No forms to fill out. No disputes. We will refund every cent automatically.
We define does not launch as: the app is not available to download on iOS or Android App Stores within 24 months of your sign-up date. If that deadline passes without a launch, refunds are processed automatically within 14 days.
6. How to cancel
- Before launch: email with the subject line Cancel my founding membership. We will cancel your subscription and refund every payment you have made within 5 business days.
- After launch during your free months: email . We will cancel your account. Your remaining free months will end immediately. No refund is issued for pre-launch payments already credited as free months.
- After launch after your free months end: cancel directly in the app in 2 taps, or email us. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period.
We do not make cancellation difficult. We do not hide the cancel button. We do not require a phone call. This is a promise, not just a policy.
7. What your founding membership includes

- Injury and limitation enforcement on every single exercise
- Mid-workout exercise swap with one tap
- Postpartum and pelvic floor recovery track
- Progress tracking and weekly AI summaries
- In-app support with human escalation for billing issues
- The ability to update your goals, fitness level, and limitations at any time
8. Payments and billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Easfit does not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards. Your first payment is taken on the day you sign up. Subsequent payments are taken every 30 days. You will receive an email receipt for every payment. If a payment fails, we will retry after 3 days and again after 7 days. If it continues to fail, your founding membership will be paused and we will email you to update your payment details.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any material change that affects your rights or what you are paying for, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You will always have the option to cancel and receive a full refund if you disagree with any change.
